Products & Services

  • All balloon decor, rentals, and styling services are custom and non-refundable.

  • Balloon setups are considered a physical service, not a product, and therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason once delivered or installed.

  • All items listed for sale are described as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color or style may occur.

Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Payment is required in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for suspected fraud or violation of our policies.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders for balloon decor or event services are non-refundable once booked.

  • Orders for shipped items may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

  • No refunds or returns will be accepted for opened, used, or personalized items.

Event Services

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the installation area is clean, safe, and ready upon arrival.

  • Confetti Balloons & Party Boutique is not liable for damages caused by weather, improper handling after setup, or venue restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, and written content on our website and social media pages are the property of Confetti Balloons & Party Boutique and may not be used without permission.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use or misuse of our products or services.
