Orders for party supplies and balloons typically ship within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Custom or personalized orders may require additional time (usually 5–7 business days).

We’ll send a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Free local delivery or pickup is available within a 30-mile radius of Dover, New Hampshire.
Local Pickup & Delivery

Local Pickup: Available by appointment. You’ll receive a confirmation email or text when your order is ready.

Local Delivery: Available for balloon decor and select orders. Delivery date/time will be confirmed after checkout.
Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but Confetti Balloons & Party Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Confetti Balloons & Party Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
Non-Deliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees will apply.
