Processing Times

  • Orders for party supplies and balloons typically ship within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional time (usually 5–7 business days).

  • We’ll send a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Free local delivery or pickup is available within a 30-mile radius of Dover, New Hampshire.

Local Pickup & Delivery

  • Local Pickup: Available by appointment. You’ll receive a confirmation email or text when your order is ready.

  • Local Delivery: Available for balloon decor and select orders. Delivery date/time will be confirmed after checkout.

Delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but Confetti Balloons & Party Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

  • Confetti Balloons & Party Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Non-Deliverable Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees will apply.
