1. Balloon Installations & Event Setups
All balloon décor, installations, and setup services are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstance once the order has been placed and confirmed.

Due to the custom nature of our designs and the time and materials reserved specifically for your event, no refunds, credits, or cancellations are permitted.

Weather conditions, venue changes, or client cancellations do not qualify for a refund.

If your event date changes, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

Once installed, Confetti Balloons & Party Boutique is not responsible for damage caused by environmental factors such as heat, wind, pets, or guests after delivery/setup.
2. Online Balloon Store (Products & Balloon Kits)
All purchases made through our online store are final sale.

Due to the fragile and perishable nature of balloons and party supplies, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective or incorrect item. While we cannot issue refunds, we may, at our discretion, replace or issue a store credit for items that arrive damaged in transit.

Photo evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for any damaged item claim.
3. Delivery & Pickup Policy

Confetti Balloons & Party Boutique is not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery.

If pickup is selected, the customer assumes full responsibility for safe transport and handling. No refunds or replacements will be issued for damage occurring after pickup.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
